Pre-Orders

Some DRMRLAND releases are offered as pre-orders. A pre-order means the item is purchased before it is produced or shipped.

What this means:
– Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page
– Production timelines may vary
– You will receive tracking once your order ships

Refunds on Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items may be eligible for refunds only before production begins. Once production has started, pre-orders are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates clearly and provide options when applicable.
