What is the processing time for orders?
We take great pride in our shipping efficiency. The vast majority of our orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
How can I track the status of my order?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. If there is any issues there is a "Track Your Order" tab in our drop down menu!
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

How to initiate a return?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for all orders within 30 days, provided that the item is in its original and sellable condition. Please ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition, and free from any signs of washing or animal hair. To proceed with a return please follow these steps:
- Ensure the item meets the return/exchange criteria mentioned above.
- Prepare the package for return or exchange.
- Include a note inside the package with your order number.

Can I still order if the product is out of stock?
Yes we will have pre-orders available. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
